The Riviera Cybersecurity Congress is a single-track offensive security conference held in Monaco. We keep the audience small on purpose: 100 to 300 people, all of them practitioners. Vulnerability researchers, exploit developers, reverse engineers, red teamers. The people in the room are the ones doing the work.
Every talk on our stage is selected by a technical committee with one criteria: original research with real depth. We don't accept product pitches, recycled presentations, or anything that reads like a marketing deck. If you're presenting at RCC, it's because you found something, broke something, or built something that the community needs to hear about.
The format is simple. One day, one track, no parallel sessions. Everyone sees the same talks, everyone is in the same room. After the talks, the conversations keep going. That's where the real value is, and that's what a small conference makes possible.
We also run three days of hands-on trainings (January 5 to 7) before the main conference, taught by active researchers and practitioners. Small class sizes, real exercises, no slides-only courses.
Novotel Monaco Monte-Carlo, right by the sea in the middle of the Principality. Everything happens here: trainings, talks, workshops.
